Estate-planning content: documents, contacts, beneficiaries, asset inventory details, signatures, and files you upload or create in ALAO.

Connected services: if you link cloud storage providers (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box), we receive the access needed to sync or store files you choose to connect.

Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, used to operate and improve the Services.

Communications: messages you send through contact forms, support requests, or email.

3. How we use information

Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including document creation, storage, access management, and notifications.

Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support.

You may disconnect linked cloud providers at any time from your storage settings.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
